**Objects:** 3.1.1  TO PROMOTE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT THE CONSERVATION OF WILD PLANTS AND ANIMALS, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE THAT ARE ENDEMIC OR MAINLY CONFINED TO VIETNAM, LAOS, CAMBODIA, THAILAND, MAYANMAR AND/OR SOUTHERN CHINA (TOGETHER DESCRIBED AS THE "INDO-BURMA HOTSPOT"); AND/OR3.1.2  TO PROTECT FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT THE HABITATS FOR SUCH; AND/OR3.1.3  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE NEED FOR CONSERVATION IN THE INDO-BURMA HOTSPOT THROUGH THE DISSEMINATION OF INDEPENDENT RESEARCH ON CONSERVATION PRIORITIES, ISSUES AND OPPORTUNITIES IN THE HOTSPOT; AND/OR3.1.4  SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY CONSISTENT WITH THE OBJECTS ABOVE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
