EVALUATION MEANS THE SYSTEMATIC AND OBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT OF AN ONGOING OR COMPLETED PROJECT, PROGRAMME OR POLICY; ITS DESIGN, IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS TO DETERMINE THE RELEVANCE AND FULFILMENT OF OBJECTIVES, DEVELOPMENT EFFICIENCY, EFFECTIVENESS, IMPACT AND SUSTAINABILITY.2)  TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN AFRICA, ASIA, EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA AND OCEANIA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.3)  THE RELIEF OF THE SICK-POOR LIVING IN AFRICA, ASIA, EUROPE, NORTH AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA OR OCEANIA EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES.
