**Objects:** THE ORGANISATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD AND THE UK, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THOSE WIDOWS AND THEIR CHILDREN IN NIGERIA, AFRICA:-A)  THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;B)  THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; ANDC)  TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH.

**Activities:** (a) School Literacy Programmes: This is an education initiative for disadvantaged schools and children to improve their literacy skills in reading and writing. (b) Every Child Matters Programme: A back to school Programme for children out of education. (c) Library provision for under resourced schools. (d) Safeguarding and Child Protection Training for adults in the communities we serve.
