Consequently, the<br>work being done this year has been becoming<br>better co-ordinated, more specific to actual<br>needs and shared better on a team basis.<br>Led by our General Coordinator, the GHP<br>_Operational Team_with regular meetings for<br>mutual support and shared concerns regarding<br>project development. These personnel changes<br>are included in the regularly updated reports<br>distributed for all to view and reflect the ongoing<br>administrative infrastructure of GHP and HiA<br>since 2023; some in response to<br>recommendations in the External Evaluation of<br>early 2022.<br>Much of our funding this year has been taken<br>up with:<br>**1.**Building the GHP Operational Team for team<br>members’**role fees in 23-24.**<br>**2.**For the Practitioner’s Grant Scheme (£1k per<br>grad over 1-2years) for financial support<br>to set-up in practice in which, so far, there has<br>been success in the**ten new**<br>**practitioners**who now have operational clinics<br>or Outreach clinic arrangements in their locales.<br>**3.**To meet various**Funding Requests**for<br>services and necessary purchases/conference<br>costs etc. in Ghana.|

|Other||**HiA Charity’s longer-term vision is to about**<br>**working towards becoming a**<br>**predominantly funding organisation that**<br>**supports Ghana-based homeopathy, with**<br>**the majority of graduate being self-**<br>**sustaining in their practices now with the**<br>**support of Homeopathic Education &**<br>**Practitioners Association (HEPA) that was**<br>**formed in July 2023.  HEPA is run**<br>**predominantly by existing and new**<br>**Ghanaian homeopaths for the continuing**<br>**professional development and (as well as**<br>**providing help with legal registration etc.)**<br>**benefit of all interested homeopaths in**<br>**Ghana.**|





**HEPA is now also being recognised as a legal entity in Ghana (TMPC) with several student referrals recently being made to HEPA.**
