In Marcli 2021 (6 Imoiiths later tlian iiitended as a result OF COVID) a ncw weekly GP scivice went live
at tl)e Fi'ccdom Centi'e aiid has continued to be dvlivered weekly since that ddle. We liave dcvttloped a
new GP clii)ical room and we hav¢ 3 Gl)'s on I'otation delivering services at the Centre for those who
struggle to access mainstream heulth provision.
These services have b¢ei) fiirther enliaiiced by Ilie addition of a cominunity Niirse wha works 4 days &
week as part of the F.nhanced Outreach Team.
