2022 Chairnian's Report
A return to norn)ality following the p)st£ovid years saw the commitrnent and
enthusiasm of the Trustees and Organisers return to Stage a very successful event in
2022.
Ticket sales were excellent and yet again tickd sales had to be closed 8h¢ad of the day
to limit numbers attending to a safe and manageable Dumber.
The eveni itself rnade a record surplus of over £12,(￿￿) and the end of year overall
perforniance was a surplus of £7,666.
Charitable LX)nations of £4,347 were made dwing the year to various local 8(M)d
causes.
The Trusl continues to be financially very sound with enough funds to put on another
good ¢v¢nl in 2023.
The Truslees and Or8anisin8 Committee remain cornmit*d to ensure the ongoing
success of the Charity.
