Cuddles Cats Rescue Centre takes in
unwanted cats and kittens including
strays. It cares for them,neuters them
where necessary and re-homes them to
suitable
ersons.
The Rescue's aim is to educate the public
in caring for their cats. It does so by
providing information and guidance.
It also provides a service to the public by
taking in their unwanted cats and
providing new homes for them. In many
cases, the owners are unable to look after
their cats due to infirmity or change In
circumstances.
We aim to reduce,through neutering ,the
number of unwanted cats in our area.
This lessens the potential nuisance
caused to the public by stray and teral
cats.
The Charity raises funds to pay for
expenses such as vet bills,food,Iltter and
other associated costs.

Achievements and Performance
SORP relerence
In this period, Cuddles Cats Rescue
Centre has re-homed 42 cats, 70 kittens
with another 2 being reunited with their
owners.
Advice was given to the general public
with regards to animal welfare, anlmal
husbandry and re-homing of unwanted
cats and kittens. This has benefited the
local community in dealing with
unwanted and stray cats.
During the year veterinary checkups and
treatment was administered to over a
hundred cats and kittens.

charity ('the Trusf.) for the year ended
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the ACV,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
