**Objects:** 1)  TO ADVANCE EDUCATION, RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH OF POOR AND ORPHANED CHILDREN IN PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE FINANCIAL AND OTHER SUPPORT OF AZIZA'S PLACE.

**Activities:** The Aziza Foundation makes in donations in support of on-oging operating expenses for Aziza's Place, a fully licensed local Cambodian NGO, caring for disadvantaged children in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.  Commencing in 2014/2015, the Aziza Foundation also provided donations to Aziza's Place for the launching of Aziza's Coffee, a social enterprise that employs two mothers of the children in it's care.
