opportunities for enjoyment and
achievement" it can also develop valuable
qualities such as self-esteenL leadership and
teamwork. These positive effects can only
take place if sport is in the right hanil8 - in
the hands of those who place the welfare of

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation, in particular by
provision of facilities for the playing of rugby league.

The Trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in section 17 of the
Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission's general guidance
on public benefit, 'Charities and Public Benefit,.

Summary of the main achievements during the period
We run a Rugby League club representing 2 men's teams, a women's team and a
junior's section.
Provided activities throughout the year. Good growth in Juniors section and Touch
Rugby.
In addition to Core activities, we have also hosted University Varsity games, and Old
Buyb IridtLFieb. Addiliuiidlly, we Iidvv Ilubled Weddiiigs and Work events at tlie Glub.
The charity's policy on reserves
We look to keep a minimum of £2,000 in reserve, to allow for unexpected items
which need paying for, e.g. repairs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Nottingham Outlaws
Amateur Rugby League Football Club (the charity) for the year ended 31 December
2024.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the trustees of the charity you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts
in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ('the Act,).
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under
section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all
the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of
the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no matters have come to my
attention in connection wrth the examination giving me cause to believe that in any
material respect:
1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the charity as required by
section 130 of the Act" or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no COn￿rnS and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
