**Objects:** TO PROVIDE RELIEF VIA CONDUCTIVE EDUCATION TO DISABLED CHILDREN AND ADULTS OF ALL AGES. SERVICES WE OFFER ARE NOT FREELY OFFERED BY THE HEALTH SERVICE, SOCIAL SERVICES OR AFFORDABLE BY THEIR FAMILIES.TO PROVIDE ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO THE PARENTS AND /OR GUARDIANS, OR ADULTS WHO USE OUR SERVICE.

**Activities:** Heel & Toe Children's Charity provides therapy to children with Cerebral Palsy and other physical disabilities. Our highly experienced therapy service can provide assessments, block treatments or regular 1.1 sessions. Specific aims and outcomes will be discussed during assessment and goals set.
