regional and n8tlonal events to bring sbjdènts iogether to explore their faith and to build a sense of communlty

èvénts, and feature guest speakers and workshop5 on a range of tOPiC5. An integral part of these events Is the tsrn8
5pei)t in prayer and worship, giving students the opportunity to #XP8rience a variety of expressions of faith.
As a student-led charity, the AGM Is an important event Sn the annual calendar as It PTovldes thg mgvemenl wth an
opportuntty lo elect r8pr888niativos and Irustees lo G6neral Council IGCI. the deci5ion-rnoking body of the
mDvement. It is also an opportunity lor GC and staff to report back to Ihe wider movelnent about theiT work ovor Ihè
pasl year and ask for their input on fulure plans. In recent Yea￿ the AGIA has been held online, making it more
acces￿ble lor our members vtho would not be able to attend an event in pèrson.

Word of mouth remains a strong rnethod for recruillng new membar8. ￿th all surveyad mèmbers agreeing Ihèy
would r8comrnend SCM, but with A growing number comin9 from commvnity group5 and festivals, especially
Greenb8lt in OUT Q4 supporling our strongest quarterfcf new members.
Our 2025 annu81 memb8r5' suryey showed th8t 100% of respondent3 8greed that they fell SCM is a pl8fA where
they feel welcomed and belong, and 71Ck le81 connected to the wiijer movem&nt. 01 the Tespondents. 100% agreed
th81 SCM is 8 safe space lor them to work out theSr beliefs and ask que5tt.ons about complex Issues and thelr faith.
Our F8￿h Sn Action loolkit5 th15 y8ar induded prayers and games. The Advent toolkit was themed to indude A .12
days of Chri3trn88" Iltme book of actions, whSle Ihe spring toolkit was therned around Oietrich Bonhoeffor. This toolkit
induded several prayers inspired by Bonh08ffer, a prayer he wrote, 8nd some stickers.
