THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELL-BEING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TARGETED ADVICE, SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF DISADVANTAGED AND/OR EXCLUDED PEOPLE WITHIN LOCAL COMMUNITIES.  1.1 A FOCUS PRIMARILY ALTHOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY UPON THE NEEDS OF WOMEN FROM MINORITY ETHNIC.  1.2 A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF SCHEMES AND/OR PROVISION DESIGNED TO HELP PEOPLE DEVELOP THEIR POTENTIAL, SUPPORT EACH OTHER AND ENHANCE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.  1.3 THE DEVELOPMENT AND PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT DESIGNED TO INCREASE INTEGRATION, TO IMPROVE CONFIDENCE AND TO ENHANCE EMPLOYMENT PROSPECTS.  1.4 THE APPRECIATION AND VALUING OF DIVERSITY WITHIN COMMUNITIES, ALONGSIDE THE PROMOTION AND ACHIEVEMENT OF COMMUNITY COHESION AND SOCIAL INTEGRATION.  1.5 THE PROMOTION OF ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP. 2. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AS PERMITTED BY LAW WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES SUPPORT THESE CHARITABLE OBJECTS.
