From April 23 we hHve seen an overall increase of footfall for both our Internal and external servlcos, all,
operatlng to full capaclty.
We have also had venue hire bookings f'or other physical actlvity sessions as Well as counselllng sesslDns and
employment servlces.

We have a volunteer programme offerin8 QPPOrtunltles to work In and around the hub on different projects
or sn rolls such as ReceptlonlAdmln, Foodbank, and trlple Ilnk, Recrultment Is throu8h advertlsln& networking
and word of mouth. Volunteers are encouraged to vlsit the Hub to see what Is on offer and to experlence a
one-to-one tasier session bef ure commlttlng to becomlng a f ull volunteer. Volunteer5 have an essentlal role
In the smooth running of the Hub; It re11es heavlly on their input for thè day-tD-day runhinE 4cross all setvices

accounts.

Chllled Foodbank Project
After settlng up this scheme In the pandemlc It became apparent that the 'Emergency Chilled Goods for
Famllles, was a 5eNlcethat needed to contlnue and Is now ono of our leadlng prcjects and in thls flnanclal year
we have managed to secure extra funélng to wverthe cost of food and a dedicated project workerto oversee
the coordinatlun. Chllled goods bags offer families and Indlvlduals Approximétely £20 worth of goods In¢ludlng
bread, milk, ¢heese, eggs, frcizen and ehllled meats
Dletary requirements were also catered for where
need edl through thls sch eme we have been able to identlfy any additlonal help they may need and referred
them to Rlther our own ho4lth & wellbeing or employment offlcers and In some cases to other externa5

The Charlty Is controlled by Its Memorandum and Artlcles af Assoclatlon, The Company was incorporated Dn

The Trustees are elected in accordance with the governing document. They have met 6 times during the year.
No policy or major financial decisions can be taken without the approval of a majority of the Trustees being

Risk Management
The Trustees actively review the major risks which the Charity faces on a regular basis. The Trustee5 have 31$0
examined other operational and business risks faced by the Charity and have established systems to mitigate
the significant risks. Risk management is an angoin8 process.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
Total income amounted to £321,510 (2023- £351,924) of which £136,81412023 - £83,538) was for restricted
purposes. Donation5 and grants increased by £53.4k and room hire income increased by £14.8k. However,
Service Level Agreements income decreased by £102.3k. Our principal funding sources are Warwick District
Council, the Big Lottery Fund and income generated from room hire.
Expenditure totalled £348.191 (2023- £335,881} including £63.64912023-£75,7581 spentoutof the restricted
funds. £188.277 {2023 - £199.9161 of this expenditure related to staff costs involved in support Services to the
charitable attivities.

Reserves are needed to bridge the gap between the spendlng Ind rgcelvlng of resources and to cover
unplanned emergenty repalrs and other expendlture. Due to the uncertalnty of future f undlng and the Hbility
of such fundlng to meet Snflatltsn th£ Trustees ¢onslder Lhat the level of free reserves (that Is the unrestrlcted
funds not committed or invested In tangible fixed a5$etsl at 315t March 2024 should kne at least £125,000.
The present level of free rèserves gvalla ble to th& Charlty amounts to £40,153 whlch Is £84,847 lower than the
currently estlmated needs.
