**Objects:** TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAY, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN AND YONG PEOPLE (AGED 0-19) IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HILLINGDON, BEING:A FACILITIES OF WHICH SUCH CHILDREN HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, SPECIAL NEEDS, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES; ANDB FACILITIES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SUCH CHILDREN BY PROMOTING THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING.
