Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Shropshire (whether Members Of The Society Or Not) And In Particular Those Of Bangladeshi Origin, Without Distinction Of Sex, Political, Religious, Or Other Opinion By:1 Advancing Education Concerning Good Citizenship In A Multi-Racial, Multi-Cultural And Multi-Faith Society And Promoting Good Relations Between Such Persons2 Advancing Education Concerning The Bangladeshi Culture And History Either Independently Or Jointly With Other Organisations Having Similar Objects3 To Provide An Advice And Information Service To Such Persons Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship And Distress And Who Lack The Means Of Obtaining Such Advice And Information From Their Own Resources4 Associating With Local Authorities, Voluntary Organisations And Inhabitants, In Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants5 Establishing Or Securing The Establishment Of A Community Centre And Independently Or Cooperating With Any Statutory Authority, Provide For The Management And Maintenance Of Such A Centre, For The Activities Promoted By The Society In Furtherance Of The Above Objects6 To Advance The Muslim Faith7 Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May From Time To Time Be Determine
