The Charity pursues activites that are of benefit to the residents of central Hartlepool and which will promote sustainable means of achieving economic growth by the following means:1. Objects: 1 To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Central Hartlepool Without Distinction Of Gender, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating In A Common Effort To Improve The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.2 To Promote Sustainable Development For The Benefit Of The People Of Central Hartlepool By The Relief Of Poverty And The Promotion Of Sustainable Means Of Achieving Economic Growth And Regeneration In Central Hartlepool, And3 To Promote For The Benefit Of The People Of Central Hartlepool Urban Regeneration In Areas Of Social And Economic Deprivation In Central Hartlepool By All Or Any Of The Following Means:a The Relief Of Financial Hardshipb The Provision Of Housing For Those Who Are In Conditions Of Need And The Improvement Of Housing In The Public Sector Or In Charitable Ownership Provided That Such Power Shall Not Extend To Relieving Any Local Authorities Or Other Bodies Of A Statutory Duty To Provide Or Improve Housing;c The Maintenance, Improvement Or Provision Of Public Amenities
