**Objects:** THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION OF CONTEMPORARY AND OTHER ART AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) ART THAT IS LINKED TO THE LANDSCAPE IN THE WEST MIDLANDS AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY EXHIBITING CONTEMPORARY AND OTHER ART TO FOSTER UNDERSTANDING, APPRECIATION AND ENJOYMENT OF ART AMONGST THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** The charities main objectives are the education of the public, by the promotion of contemporary and other art and in particular (but without limitation) art that is linked to the landscape in the West Midlands and surrounding areas. This is to be achieved by exhibiting contemporary and other art to foster understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of art amongst the public.
