When plannln8 our actlvltles for the year we have consldered the Commisslon's guldance on publlc benefit.

We have contlnued to deliver hollstic therapeutlc servlces to famllles Impacted by domestlc vlolence abuse.
We have contlnued to dellver our therapeutlc servlces for chlldren and young people.
We have contlnued to dellver our therapeutlc servlces to those dlsadvanta8ed by learnlng dlsabllltv.
Under our lottery project 'STRONGER SPECIAL FAMILIES, we have sl8nSflcantly Increased our servlces to
parents of chlldrenlyoung people wlth SEND.
Our actlvltles are dellvered vla Indlvldual face to face Counsellln8 sesslons- telephone and MS Teams
ensurlng we are fully accesslble to all.
Our team conslsts of Quallfled professlonal staff and sesslonal counsellors and volunteer counsellors on
placement wlth us In thelr flnal Degree year.
We contlnue to dellver our"Perpetrator Interventlon Programme."
We contlnue to dellver our"Partner Support Programme" offerlng support and therapy to vlctlms of abuse
who have partners attendlng the "Perpetrator Interventlon Project."
We dellvered one to one sessSons and 8roup work for'parents of the chlldren and young people engagSng
wlth our servlces, to support better understandlng of the Impact of DV/DA upon chlldrenlyoung people and
Improve communlcatlon between parent and chlld.
We dellvered our very successful project for'Parents of Chlldren wlth Speclal Needs, who requlre a more
dlverse programme of support for the addltlonal Issues assoclated to parentlng a chlld wlth speclal needs,
while sufferin8 from relationship problems/breakdown including DV/DA.
We dellvered The Clarlty Project, for vlctlms of DVIDA disadvantaged by learnlng dlsablllty, AutSsm,
Asper8erfs etc experiencin8 difficult and/or unsafe personal relatlonships.
We dellvered our servlces to a TOTAL OF: . 544 beneflciarles In thls flnanclal year from Aprll 1st 2024-
Overthe last five yearfs, partly due to the Covid years where on line searches for help increased, we have
seen a considerable increase In self-referrals from those looking at our websites, along with referrals from
our long working relationship with the Warwickshlre multi agencies involved wlth domestic abuse and

Isolatlon, mental health, sulclde, poor physlcal health, dSsabillty, poverty, and social exclus50n.
Thls financ5al year, malntalnln8 our usual practSce of annually evaluatlng our servlces, we have contlnued to
broaden our work wlth those disadvantaged Sn our communlty, explorlng wlder areas of need where our
skSlls are comparatSve, In areas of mental health - developSng a ground-breakln8 project funded by the
National Lottery Communities Fund for famllles caring for a chlld/youn8 person with SEND.
We Ilsten to our servlce users and thelr volce ensures we remaln current and relevant to the needs of our
communlty, placlng our charity in a posltlon to tar8et complex issues and dSsadvantages, such as but not
Ilmlted to, learnlng dlsablllty, Aut15m, Aspergerfs, Ilfe Ilmltlng Illness, dlsablllty and parents experlenclng
To further thls alm, the DACS/INSIGHT CC55 team contlnue to ensure professlonal development Is current
and relevant, applylng themselves to external and Internal tralnln& to upgrade thelr skllls In areas of mental
health and dlsablllty, adverslty, youth work, gender-based work and chlldren's therapy, thus expandlng our
charltles area of expertlse and further our alm to secure our future sustalnablllty.
In thls last year, we contlnued our alm to resolutely future proof , ensurlng we f5rmly contlnue to establlsh
our charlty as one that offers therapeutlc programmes that are Important to the needs of our communlty-
servlces that address the real Issues of dlsadvanta8e brought to us by our servlce users.
