**Objects:** The Company’s Objects are specifically restricted to the following:-To relieve the stresses experienced by Carers and Beneficiaries in the Area of Benefit. (“Area of Benefit” is now a defined term in Article 1 as, it is defined as "the County of Surrey and surrounding areas")

**Activities:** The charity offers a respite service to carers with one to one support from professionally trained staff to relieve their stress and enable them to have a short break. Weekly, fortnightly or monthy visits are made and overnight and occasional support is also provided to carers.
