consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 <th8
2011 Act) and that an independent examination is ne￿e￿.
It is my responsibilty to:
examlne the accounts under section 145 of the 2011Act;
to follow tha proc6dures laid down In the general Directlons given by the Charity Commission
under seciion 145(5Xb) of the 2011 Act; and
to state whether particular matters hav8 comè to my attention.

My examination was carried out in ac£ordanc8 Wlth the general Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination inclu¢Jes a review of the accounting recLJrds kept by the Charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also indudes consideration of any
unusu81 items or disclosures In the accounts and seeking explanations from you as Trustees
conceming any such matters. The Pr￿edureS undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a
'true and fair view. and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statem8nt below.

In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:
(l ) which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements:
to keep 8ccounting recor(Js in accordance wlth section 130 of the 2011 Act. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and Comply with the
accounting requirements of the 2011 Act.

The Trustees present their report with the financial statements of the Charity for the year ended 31st
Decèmber 2023. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the accounting
policies set out in the notes to the financial statements and comply with the Charity's trust deed,
applicable law and the requirements of the Statement of Recommended Practice, "Accounting and
Reporting by Charities" 2011.

The prlnclpal objective is the provision of care for abused, abandoned and neglected Staffordshire
Bull Terriers.

The Trustees consider that despite the current economic climate they are satisfied that despite the
loss incurred the Centre is sustainable for the foreseeable fvture.

accuracy at any time the financlal position of the Charity and enable them to ènsure that the financial
