responslbllitles of The charily's Irustees consider that an audlt Is not required for thls year

independent examination is nèeded.
It is my responsibility to:
examine th8 accounts under 58Ction 145 of Ihe Charilies Act,
to follow the procedures laid down in Ihe general Directions given by the
Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charlties Act, and
lo state whelher particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent My examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given

accounting records kepl by the charlty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also includes consideratlon of any unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanatlons from the

provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and

and fair, view and the report is Ilmited to those matters set out In the
statement below.
Independent In connectlon with my examinatlon, no matter has come to my altentlon

the requirements:

to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and
comply with the accounting requirements of the Charlties Act
have not been met; or
