This has been a steady year with work and seNices provided along similar lines to

The level of preaching and teaching in UK churches has shown a slight dedine this
year but much increased via podcasts in various churches in Africa through our work

with African Pastors Fellowship. Moral and spiritual help to church leaders has
continued as they experien￿ the ongoing stress of a post-pandemic world. The
provision of prayer and fellowship gives perspective and reduces isolation and is much
appreciated.
The Trust continues its international perspective through financial assistan￿ to the

and similarly to the work of the charity African Pastors Fellowship, fostering Clergy
support in East Africa. The moral and spiritual support to Christian organisations and
churches working in the Ukraine continues.

INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORTTO THE TRUSTEES OF THEANDREW
KANE PARTNERSHIP TRUST
I report on the Accounts of the Trust for the year ended 31st March 2025, which are set
(xrt on pages 5- 6.
Respectlve responsibilities of Trustses and Examlner
The charitls trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's
trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 43(2) of the
Charities Act 1993 (the 1993 Act) and revisions - 2011 ACT however an independent
examination is needed.
It is my resfvx)nsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 43 of the 1993 Act.
to follow the pr￿lureS laid down in the general direc*ions given by the Charity
Commi&8ion (under section 43(7)(b) of the 1993 Ad, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of Indapondont Examlnor's Report
My examination was carried out in accordan(* with general directions given by the
Charity Commission. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kept
by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with th08e records. It also
indudes consideration of any unusual ilems or disdosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures
undertaken do provide all the evidenc8 that would be required in an audit, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair,
view and the report 18 limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
Indepfrndent Examlner* Statemont
In connection with my examinalion, no matter has come to my attention:
1. which gives me reasonable cause to believe thal in, any material respect, the
requirements:
to keep a(xounting records in accordance with secaion 41 of the 1993 Act; and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with
the accounts'ng requirements of the 1993 Act have not been met . or
