The Portsmouth property continues to remain horne for the family that came to the UK on an Afghani resettlemenl scheme in 2022. Hope Into Action Portsmouth and its partner church continue to provide regular practical and moral support for them. The member of the family responsible for household management received a coveted Tenant Award at Hope into Action's 2024 Annual Conference. The investment income received by the Trustees during the year has enabled them to make grants to 38 (2023: 31) charities between £500 and £4,000 with a wide variety of charitable interests, benefiting local, national and overseas communities.
