Thi$ year we have $¢en a gradual return to normality and activity has in¢re&sed bDth with rehomin8 and wkth the
boardin8 as people task their long awaited holidays. Our regular supporters contillue to reinained faithful to us
rinancially and we have kept our finan¢es Steady. We Continue to work hard to ensure we maintain a positive
Telalion5hip with Solihull Council, continuing to meet their expectations and those of our new neighbouts. We
have found relationships the local community have imprnved Illls last ye￿. and we continut to strive to
Jnasntain this.
We continue to work hard to control the day to day mnnins costs of th¢ rescue which we have achieved with the
help of our ever faithful volunteeiB as we see the nuinber of rabba¢$ coniing into our rescue increase wilh their vet
requiremenls. We have seen a positive advance in anima] welfaie and general overall heAIth of our rabbits with
the assistAnce of Oltr Inedieal stsff member although our pem12nent resident number has oThly increased slightly
due to additions and some losse5.
Charitable Actlvities- Rescue, Rehome & Sanctuary
Our san¢￿ary rabbitgTOUP of FatFluffs, as tn¢t)lioned abi)ve, has iDcreased sli8htly in Dutnber and currendy St￿d5

rehoming figures have increased slightly thi$ last year and we remain in a good position to malJa8¢ our ever
in¢reRsing number nfrkbbits on our waiting list. We have, for the sixth year runtking now. been able to engute we
keep it open for the elltirety uf ihe ye￿r by ke¢pit]g the number of rabbit8 waitin8 lo below 65 with the hope th&t,
despite people continuing to retum to tlie office Working environment, we won't see an expon¢nti41 rise in the

to be able to build this tewn to three fi]11 tÉm¢ with one part tim¢ in the not too distant future.
Our on site team haB changed this year. Our ¢ommitte¢ team member continues to run and oversee the re$¢ue
