Selection of trustees The existing trustees appoint new trustees by resolution which is recorded in the trustee's minute book as set in the trust deed. The minimum number of trustees is maintained at not less than two. Objectives and activities The objects of the Company are for the benefit of the public: To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the Statement in such ways and in such parts of the United Kingdom or Worldwide as the directors from time to time may think fit. To relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds, goods or services of any kind including through the provision of counselling and support such parts of the United Kingdom or worldwide as the directors from time to time may think fit. Achievements and performance The charity achieved its objectives for the period 2023-2024, as all our projects such as: Sports, Charity Shops, Fun Days, Coffee Mornings, and Fridays with the community have achieved their results successfully. Our performance reaches our goals and because of this effort we developed and maintain branches in Barnsley, and York as well as started a new ministry targeting the Spanish community. Barnsley Fund It is used to receive donations from our branch donors in Barnsley. York Fund It is used to receive donations from our branch donors in York. Mission Fund It is reserved to receive donations specifically to support missionaries in the UK as well as abroad as part of the organisation's vison.
