**Objects:** 3.1  TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF SUFFERERS OF CARDIAC DISEASES AND CARDIAC RELATED ILLNESSES AND THEIR CARERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH THE PROVISION OF GUIDANCE, SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE;3.2  TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CARDIAC DISEASES AND CARDIAC RELATED ILLNESSES BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES; AND3.3  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO CARDIAC DISEASES AND CARDIAC RELATED ILLNESSES.
