The encouragement, organisation and provision of facilities for young people to take part in the sport of sailing.

Objects: 1) For Or Towards The Encouragement Of And The Organisation Or Provision Or Assistance In The Organisation Or Provision Of Facilities Which Will Enable Pupils Of School, Universities And Other Educational Establishments And Other Youth In Any Part Of The World (Hereinafter Called "World Youth") To Take Part In The Sport Of Sailing In All Its Forms Throughout The World And Thereby To Assist In Ensuring That Due Attention Is Given To Physical Education And Development Of Such World Youth As Well As To The Development And Occupation Of Their Minds And To The View Of Furthering This Object The Trustees Shall Also Have Power:a) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Appropriate Equipment Of Every Kind For The Use Of Such World Youth.b) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Courses Lectures Demonstration And Coaching For Such World Youth And For Teachers Who Organise Or Supervise The Sport Of Sailing At Such Schools Universities Or Other Educational Establishments.c) To Provide Or Assist In The Promotion And Provision Of Training Programmes At Schools Or Colleges For The Purpose Of Training Teachers In The Coaching Of Sport Of Sailing At Such Schools Universities Or Other Educational Establishments.3) To Provide Or Assist In The Promotion And Provision Of Training Programmes At Schools Or Colleges For The Purpose Of Training Teachers In The Coaching Of The Sport Of Sailing At Such Schools Universities And Other Educational Establishments.4) To Lay Out Manage Equip And Maintain Or Assist In The Laying To Of Management Equipment And Maintenance Of Appropriate Equipment To Be Used For The Teaching And Enjoyment Of The Sport Of Sailing By Such Pupils;2) Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing For Or Towards The Promotion Of The International Sailing Federation World Youth Sailing Championship And The Encouragement Of Greater Participation In And Support For Educational Programmes Within The Said Championship
