**Activities:** To promote and protect the physical and mental health of users of the Portsmouth Enablement Centre at St Mary's Community Health Campus, Portsmouth ('the centre') and to support users and their carers and relatives through the provision of suppot, education, practical advice, recreational activities and social events.
