**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF HUNTINGDON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ( HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE AREA OF BENEFIT ) BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE SPORT OF GYMNASTICS AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** The main objective of the charity is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefits of the inhabitants of Huntingdon and the surrounding area by the provision of facilities for the sport of gymnastics.The club also has the powers to ensure that the historical ethos of the club to produce elite gymnasts remains a top priority.
