guardlans of all chlldren who attend playgroup or other Interested Indlvlduals approved by tho
Commlttee. M8mt*rs appohitlconfirm commlttee members at the AGM. All Commlttee
members glve thelr tlme on a voluntary basls and recefve no remuneration or othor beneflts.

In the knowledge that there would be sufflcient chiklron joining the pr88chool from Septemb8r
2023. the Committee took the deciston to increase t8es for famllles wlthout fundlng or th088
requiring extro hours from £10 to £IZ to furth6r support our alm for future security.
Re8erves act as a cushlon for any loss of Income and unforeseen situotlons. Thr¢Jughout the
year the bolanees remoined over the reserves 18v& currentty set at £85,704. Resèrves have
baen calculated uslng the amounts needed to settle any redundaft￿ paym6nts, 12 wo8k8'
