We run a MADD (music, art, dance and drama} Club. This involves weekly term
time sessions of music, dance and drama and activity days during school
holidays which feature arts and craft and/or music, dance and drama. Two of
these events during school holidays culminate in a performance at end of the
day to an invited audience for the children and young people to highlight what
they have achieved. The clubs and activlty days are for the special needs
child/young person and siblings.
We purchase a whole performance of the local Christmas Pantomime allowing
120 plus families the opportunity to access an event that they may not have
been able or confident enough to due to their special needs childlyoung
person. This is an activity that regular families tske for granted. We cover the
cost of all the seats and each child is given a light up toy and every attendee is
offers an ice cream and a drink.
