Pastor’s Report/Feedback:

Since the beginning of the year, the virus has spread in our church, starting from Sis Sandra to Melissa and Noah being the latest victims. January was the month of fasting and prayer, looking at the relationship between spiritual and physical. This year was faced with cancellations, but we have bounced back to a degree and moved forward somewhat from how we were affected in 2021.

We should become creative with alpha, focus on fasting and prayer for healing and deliverance. Do we believe God can or that God will? Some things can only be done through fasting and prayer. This does not cause deliverance or healing, but it moves God and raises our faith. Bible school: selected volunteers to be trained and equipped. We should produce after our own kind and win lost souls. Trips did not happen and didn’t go ahead because of how things unfolded such as restrictions. Praying; prayer in our homes is our most valuable asset in a current climate.

Spiritual warfare is also a necessary and must become a way of life, but we must apply it. Seek ye the Lord while he may be found. Be creative in your city, In your country. We can create a home group in whatever city, just be creative. We need to be more proactive as a congregation. I submit this report for 2022. Hopefully we can see the reality of our world and it will require work on everybody’s part to impact the kingdom.

Pastor asked if there was any benefit of King’s Chapel being on social media and if so, what were they? Melissa responded Yes that more people can see our church as many individuals are using social media now to find a church. Pastor responded that no one has come to church as a result of finding us on social media.

Break at 13:30

Reconvene at 14:20

Any other business

Family camp

Melissa and Emma responded that they have found some venues, but they had not got back to them. Sandra commented that everyone should have their monies ready to give when needed as we should have already been saving. Melissa stated that everyone should have their deposits ready as soon as possible, £25 per person minimum

March crusade

The march ‘He still Loves Me’ crusade will be run by the youth. We have no venue because Stoke St Michaels has closed due to renovations. We should not be in this position. This makes promoting the crusade on social media difficult.
