Employers have sought their own solutions t¢J overcome thls, as well as colleges due to loss of income. This In turn has tirought about three new pathways that bring into questlon-why do a four-year Level 3 route when competing routes are more cost effective and shorter?11 Removal of a Level 2 apprenticeship has also led to many people either learnlng out of date oualificatlons or none at all. The CIPHE Academy Undeent a soft launch late in June, to Include testlng amongsl a small group of members. Durlng thls perlod, the pritnary focus was on testing. including the runnlng order of courses, ensuring the content was effectlve, and allgning the platform's look and feel with the branding of CIPHE.
