To Advance In Life Through Provision Of Leisure And Activities And Social Life Designed To Improve The Condition Of Life For The Young Person. Provide Support And Activities Which Help Develop Their Skills And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate Socially As In Turn Grow Into Mature Individuals In Society
