We have worked closely with representatives<br>from the<br>Church to improve the garden area. ||||The Autumn<br>term started with a lower number ofchildren<br>than<br>ks the||
||||summer. as itdoes at the beginning<br>ofevery academic year. but the||
||||successful visiting sessions helped welcome new families through the||
||||doom ofour lovely setting, and we will soon see the numbers<br>increase||
||||and the preschool<br>community<br>grow positively.||
||||Vicky Morris con5nues to manage the setting. alongside<br>working<br>fu8 time||
||||within the preschool. and has helped staff continue to deliver the high||
||||quality childcare that our children are lucky enough toexlmrience.<br>Ithes||

||||and venture a little furlher to Bugs and Blossom, which is always s very||
||||welcomed<br>trip.||
||||We have seen our fami5es accept the changes within the preschool||
||||exbemely<br>well. and itgoes w8hout saying Ihat itmakes the jobs of||
||||everyone a lot easier when there is a level ofmutual respect end||
||||understanding,<br>when we fa8 on tough 5mes and have to make changes||
||||in how the preschool has been ran.||
||||The children ofthe pnechool are at the forefront ofa8 our decisions, and||
||||we thank everyone for their understanding<br>when we have had to make||
||||last minute changes (especially<br>during the heatwave<br>in July 2022, where||
||||we couldn't continue<br>with the outdoor provision).||
