To provide out of school and holiday activities for children and young people up to the age of 19, to alleviate the effects of poverty and disadvantage in London's inner-city boroughs of high deprivation. To offer access to opportunities for recreation, sport, arts, skills-development, advice and guidance, to improve C&YP?s health and wellbeing, strengthen resiliency and broaden horizons.

Objects: 1 To Act As A Resource For Young People Up To The Age Of 19 Years Living In London Boroughs Of Hackney And Haringey By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Weekly Programmes And Other Functions Of Physical, Educational And Other Activities As A Means Of:a Advancing In Life And Helping Young People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsible Individuals.b Advancing Education.c Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.2 The Promotion Of Any Other Exclusively Charitable Objects And Purposes Such As The Trustees See Fit Provided That They Are Regarded As Charitable By The Law Of England And Wales.
