Objects: To Advance, Promote, Encourage And Develop Public Education, Appreciation Of And Participation In Carnival And Street Arts, Their Traditions, Music And Crafts In Particular, But Not Exclusively, Though The Provision Of Arts Works Shops, Activities And Events Throughout The Year And By The Promotion And Organisation Of An Annual Festival And Carnival In The Interests Of Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Communities Of Tottenham, Haringey And Surrounding Areas.
