If the Committee resolves tknt the aims of the Pre-school can longer be
fulf illed, the Committee will convene an Extrrnordimry General
11.1
Meetiyvj of the Pre-school to consider the winding up and
dissolution of the Pre-school.
11.2 If the Extrnordirnry 6eneral Meeting referred to in
paragraph 11.1 decides by a two thirds majority of the
Members present l￿d votiThJ that the Pre-school should be
wound up the Committee in consultation with the Pre-school
Learning Alliance sknll transfer all of the <issets of the Pre-
School (subject to the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities
of the Pre-school) in occordance with paragraph 11.4.
11.3 If ot the Extraordinary 6enerol Meeting o quorum is not
present within one hour of the time appointed for the
meeting then the meeting will be adJourned to the same day
of the next following week at the same time and place. If at
the adjourned meeting a quorum is a￿1n not present within
one hour of the time appointed for the meeting then the
Memlxrs present shall constitute a quorum.
If the Pre-school is wound up or dissolved £md after all of
its debts and liabilities have been satisf led there remains
any property or assets these shall not be poid or distributed
amongst the Members of the Pre-school but shall e applied

It is my responsibilty to:

Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the Charities Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basls of independent My examination was carried out in accordan￿ wsth general Directions given
oxaminef s Statement by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the
accounting records kept by the chanty and a comparison of the accounts
presented with those records. It also indudes consideration of any unusual
items or disclosures in the ac(x)unts, and seeking explanations from the
trustees (x)n￿ming any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not
provide all the eviden￿ that would be required in an audrt, and
consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true
and fairf view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the
