11.0 Dissolution
Briefstatement ofthe
charity's policy on reserves Ifthe Committee
resolves that the aims of the Pre-School can no longer be
fulfilled, the Committee
will convene an Extraordinary
General
Meeting of the Pre-School to consider the winding
up and
dissolution
of the Pre-School.
11.2 Ifthe Extraordinary
General Meeting referred to in

11.1decides by a two thirds majority of the
Members present
and voting that the Pre-School should be
wound
up the Committee
in consultation
with the Pre-School
Lear ning Alliance shall transfer
all of the assets of the Pre-
School (subject to the satisfaction of all debts and liabilities

11.4.

one hour of the time appointed
for the

on one or mor e of the following
ways:-
(a) Transferr ed to the Pre-School Learning
Alliance or, with the
Qgr cement of the Pre-School Learning
Alliance, to another
Pre-School established
as a charity whose gover ning
instrument
prohibits the distribution
of income and pr operty
to an extent at least as great as is imposed
on the Pre-
School and whose objects are similar to those of the Pre-
School; or
(b) In such other
manner
consistent
with the charitable status
of the Pre-School as the Pre-School Learning
Alliance and
the Char ity Commission
have approved
in wr iting
in advance.
