**Objects:** A)To act as an umbrella body for member agencies to create, develop and maintain a network of groups and individuals who would act as a focal point for information, advice and support and which collaborates with each other to identify, challenge and address issues arising from race inequality, poor community relations, and xenophobia and promote race equality and the fostering of good relations between communities;B) To work with and promote and support any charitable purposes which benefit the black and ethnic minority community

**Activities:** Race Equality Network is an umbrella body representing the Global Majority voluntary sector. We address issues arising from race inequality, poor community relations, and xenophobia by working with the Public and Voluntary sector to deliver more inclusive and equitable services. We collaborate with our key stakeholders to work towards fostering good relations and cohesion between communities.
