was IncorpoTrted by guarantee on 10th January 20D7, It has no share capital and is a registered charity. The guarantee of
each member is Ilmited to £1. The governln8 document Is the Memordndum and Articles of Associatlon of the Company
and members of the Board of Trustees are the Dlrector5 of the Company.
Objectlvès and activiiles
The principal actlvlty of the charitsble company durlng the year was the dissemination of the Chrlstlan faith through medla,

Turnlng Point for God of Great Brltsin remains a charlty that relles heavlly on the good will Df its suppliers and Its
voluntsers,There Is no formal reserves pollcy In place. Funds ￿lSed are usually expended In the year they have been
received with any carry forward amount to be used against future deficlts,The Charlty has no full-tlme employees and does
not employ a professlonal fundraiser. The Charlty is in a financlal posltlon now where It repays operatin8 Costs to Turning
PoSnt for God USA and is dolng so on a regular basis. A worklng capital of three months, operating costs wlll be retained In
the account at all times.
The Trustees belleve that at all times they have sought to act wlthln the guideline5 relatlng to Publlc Beneflt and the
progY8ms undertaken fall wlthin the charity's constitutlon.
Operatlonally speakin81 the number of new names grew 44% over the prevlous year and total transactlons increased
from 8,293 to 10,6SI lup 28%>. Over the same perlod, we a150 Saw a 32% Increase in the number of people who slEned
up for our Blble st￿n8 Partner clubs.
Iher the ￿5t year, the exchange rate between the US Dollar arKI Pound Stsrlln8 has increased In favor of the Dollar
IRtween GBP £1 to USD $1.40- USD $1.23. A stronger Pound helps lovler costs orlglnatlng on USD expenses.
During thls tlme, we had 3,711 total acthye donor5, the most we have ever had lup 22% over the same perlod last yearl.
Included in thi5 total were 1.608 New Donors la 22% Increase up from 1,319 the year prior). We are actively cultlvatlng
relationshlps wlth our top 75 donors. We will also contlnue to work with the Foundatlon TÈam in Arizona to further
develop and implement Planned Giving strdtegles in the UK.
We are currently broadcastlng on four radlo thtlons across the UK (Premler Radlo. TWR UK, Abacus Radlo, and Caleb
Radlo In Scotlandl. We are a150 bro8dcastlng on UCB Ireland.
Our weekly televislon pro8ram can be found on four networks ITBN UK, Daystsr, God TV, and Flow TVI, We are looking
at adding CNBC as a secular station to the Ilneup and are currently Inve5tlEating costs.

Structure, governance and maTragernent
There 15 no maxlmum number of Trustees under the constltutlon. The minimum requlred under the charitV5 con5tltution
belng three. Trustees are appointed as deemed necessary by the exlstlng board from a short Ilst drawn up for
conslderation. The short115t Is d￿WTh from a wlder non-votlng membership. The Chalr and offlc@rs are appointed by the
Trustees from amon8 their number. The Intematlonal Dlrector of Tumlng Point wlth Dr Jeremiah 15 appolnted as ex"offJcio
Trustee. The whole Board corkvenes twice a year but Is reported to on a weelrly and monthly basls. The Board, f rom tlme to
me wlll consult by means of video or telephone conferencin8.
The Directors are satisfied that no conflltt of Interest Is present and should any such contlitt present itself the relevant
party will excuse themselves from the Board vote.

The Trustees are responsible for preparlng the Annual Report and the flnanclal sta*ments In accordance wtth
appllcable law and regvlatlons and to thls end have contracted the services of Cansdale5 Buslne5s Advisers Limlted.
Company law requlres the trustee5 to prepare flnancial statements for each financlal year. Under that law the trustees
have elected to prepare the flnanclal Statements In accordance with United Klngdom Generally Accepted ACC(￿ntIng
Practi￿ (United Klngdom Stsndard5 and appllcable Lawl.
The firbancial ststements are required by law to give a true and falr view of the state of affalr5 of the company and of the
proflt or105s of the comparyfor the perlod. In presentlngthese statement5, the trustees are required to:
