**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT SELSIDE ENDOWED C OF E SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL; AND WHERE APPROPRIATE, THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, WHICH MAY ALSO BENEFIT THE WIDER COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** The aim of the charity is to advance the education of the pupils at Selside Endowed C of E School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities not required to be provided by the local education authority for education at the school; and where appropriate, the provision of facilities, which may also benefit the wider community.  This is achieved through fundraising activities.
