TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ANIMALS BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION, TREATMENT AND SECURITY FOR ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF SICKNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES OR ILL USAGE.3. TO ADVANCE ANIMAL WELFARE BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS SPAY AND NEUTERING OF DOGS AND CATS.4. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS PERTAINING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY AND SUFFERING AMONG ANIMALS.

**Activities:** AWOL fundraises inthe UK to provide free veterinary treatment for donkeys, horses, dogs, cats and camels in poor non-tourist villages on the west bank of the Nile in Luxor, Egypt. AWOL also provides free equine tack, dog collars and education about better animal care.
