Objects: The Relief Of Poverty And The Relief Of Mental Or Physical Distress Amongst Individuals Who Have Been Maltreated By Their Partners Or By The Partner With Whom They Are Or Have Been Living And Amongst The Children Of Such Individuals, In Particular By The Provision Of Temporary Accommodation, And By Such Other Means As Shall Further The Said Objects. To Educate The Public In The Causes And Effects Of Domestic Abuse And The Prevention Thereof, And To Undertake Or Contribute To Research Into Such Matters And To Publish The Useful Results Of Such Research.
