MHCT continued to saak to expand its portfolio of famlly homes; however, there were no
affordabl8 opporLunities in year. MHCT portfolio therefor@ rernains as 2022123, at 13 propertles
10 x 3 bed houses, 3 apartm6nts (1 x 2 bed, 2 x 1 bed).
Cornmerclal Property
Moat House Business Centre continues to be let to a blue-chlp company on a long-term lease, this
remains a core asset genorating revenue to 8UPPOrt our charltable actlvltles. local jobs,
apprenticeships etc hav8 been cr6ated by the tenant since developing this sit6.
Land adjacent to St Patrick's RC Church & Prlmary School
Having secured planning pemii85ion to develop for 21 x 2, 3 & 4 bed homes for affordable rent in
2022, on MHCT'S freohold slte.
MHCT Trustees having decided dèvelopment of land too great a risk for MHCT; reached an In-
prlnclpal agreement with Keon Homes for the development of homes for Cltlzen H0118ing.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT

Bulldlng on the e3tabllshed partnerships with Sow9 Valley Prlmary Care Network, Publlc H@alth
and Coventry City Council, to increase reach and po8ltive Impact for residents. in the wake of the
cost-of-living challeng6s and the stretched resources of NHS.

MHCT continues to deliver a weekly programm6' Healthy Walk; Annchalr Exerci88; Tea & Talk at
Moat House Leisure & Neighbourhood Centr8 {MHLNC}.
Working In pathership wlth SBITC to work wlth our young people: Youth Club, Basketball and
Football. also sponsorlng local volunteers to develop informal activities at MHLNC; wlth a vl8W to
establlshlng the first young people's football teams.
