**Objects:** A) TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF,  THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS;B) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.

**Activities:** The Sitwell Singers is a mixed-voice Chamber Choir which rehearses regularly during term-time, covering a wide range of pieces from renaissance to the present day. We perform at least 5 public concerts p.a, often with professional instrumentalists and soloists and also arrange an annual "Come and Sing" event in which members of the public participate in the study and performance of a choral work
