Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

| report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, | have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. Gross Income for 18 month period to 30" June, 2025 was £81361.

The Trustees have amended their year end to 30" June, and as such these accounts presented cover a period of 18 months from the 1% January, 2024 to the 30" June, 2025. It is noted the Trustees have decided to close the charity in accordance with the Charities Commission guidelines, and have taken appropriate advice to ensure closure is conducted as per those guideiines.
