**Objects:** 1 TO PROMOTE RACIAL HARMONY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT;2 TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH;3 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CULTURE AND HERITAGE OF IGBO PEOPLE;4 TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE;5 TO OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We organized  cultural events , for example,  free admission African Arts exhibitions, cultural dance display and dishes to showcase our traditions and culture to the wider community and also as part of our contributions towards  the Liverpool  08 European Capital of Culture celebrations. We also supported some of our elders by providing them with out traditional dishes in their own homes.
