REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2021 The trustees present their report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021. The accounts have been prepared in accordan￿ with the accounting policies set out in note 1 to the accounts and comply with the Charities Act 2011 and "Accounting and Reporting by Charities.. The trustees have paid due regard to guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the charity should undertake, for the purpose of the public benefit. Achievements and performance The charity has made a total of one large donation during the year, towards the provision of meals for those in povety, which meets the charity's objectives and aims. Financial review The financial transactions during the year and the charity's financial position al the end of the year are shown on pages 4 10 5 of the accounts. Sufficient funds are maintained during the year to meet any unforeseen expenditure that may occur. All monies held are treated as unrestricted funds. The foundation has not made any donation commitments of more than one year. Other expenditure is included in the accounts on an accruals basis. 1.6 Cash and cash equlvalents Cash and cash equivalents include deposits held al call with banks.
