The trustees present their report and accounts for the year to 31st December 2023.
Treville Street Unitarian Trust and Trust Property is a tharity re&4stered with the Charity Commission
under no. 217657. However. under the Charity Commission's "Uniting Direction Schem8 it is now shov
a8 a subsidiary charlty to Plymouth Unitarian Church11123906} for the purposes of accounting. Both
charilies remain separate and legally dstinct. The Charity is administered under a scheme agreed wih
the Charity Commission dated 12 October 1 gC6.
The objects of the charity are lo keep in repair and wisure agalnst ffire all the bLildings of the charity and
to make a ¢ontribLifjon to the salary ofthe minister.
The tru5tee8 may in addition use any Surplus income for the m8inlen8nce of servlce8 In the Chapel.
Fundi.. The trustees do not believe that there are any rgstricled funds other than those belongng lo
Tavi8lo¢k Abbey Chapel Tru61 ¥thiGh Treville Street Unrtarlan Trust and Property administers with the
agreemènt of th8 Charity Commi88ion and vthi¢h are the sublecl of a separate Report, The tru8lees have
de8ignate(l fvnd¥ for the purpose8 of repair8 and maintenance to all the buildings of the Charity
8eparalely from general fvnds u88d chiefy for financlng mini51ry. They ¢on8ider, however, that all thés
Jnds may be used for general revenue or ¢apilal purposes.
The trustees consider the level of fund8 held to be sufficient to ensure the continued operallon of the
Trust. Al 31 * December 2023 our ca8h In current bank afjcounls and on d8posiI amounted lo £27,695 as
compared to £24,566 a8 of 31$1 December 2022.

The Tiustees present their report and accounts for Ihe year ending 31 ¥1 December 2023. The Charity is
administered under a scheme agreed wth the Charity Commission dated 30th Decembei 1 %5. The
objects Of the Charity are lo apply the income ol the charities lor the purpose of fvrthering the religious
and other ¢haritable work of the Unitarian and Free Christian Churches In the parish of Tavistock, and If
and insofar as the sald income cannot be applied in the manner aforegald the TIu8te&s shall apply the
same for the said purpose within a radius of fifty mlles ofthe former Abbey Chapel at Tavlstock.
Fund• The funds. vAth the agreement of the Charity Commission, are administered as Rèstricted
Fund6 wllhln the accounts of Treville Strèet Unitarian Chapel and Trust Property {Plymouth Unltarian
Chapel Trusll. The trustees consid8r the level of fvnds held to be sufficlènt to ènsure the conllnued
operats'on of the Trust. At 318t December 2023 the ¢a$h in the ¢urrenl bank accounts and on deposit
amounted to £99.458 as compared with £97,490 at 318t December 2022.
